The Seven Noahide laws were given to Noah from God after the flood was over.

1. Do not commit Idolatry:   Acknowledge that there is only one God who is Supreme above all things.

2. Do not commit Blasphemy:   Respect the Creator. As upset as you can be, don’t vent it on your Maker.
3. Do not commit Murder:  Respect human life. To help others live.
4. Do not commit Sexual Immorality:  Respect the institution of marriage.
5. Do not commit Theft:  Respect the rights and property of others. Be honest in all business.
6. Do not eat the limb of a live animal:  Respect God’s creatures. At first Man was forbidden to consume meat. After the Great flood, he was permitted….. but with a warning: Do not cause unnecessary suffering to any creature.
7. Establish courts of Justice:  Justice is God’s business, but we are given charge to lay down necessary laws and enforce them whenever we can.
